Moiré Trivet, Elongated Hexagon
This product is currently sold out.
A moiré pattern is created when two patterns overlap. Where they overlap, they create a new secondary pattern. This is the moiré.
Each trivet has two intersecting CNC paths using a large radius bit. When the CNC cuts on the specified lines, it creates a groove or scallop.
The resulting effect is a scalloped moiré pattern.
Pair with the Hexagon Moiré Trivet, which uses the same vector pattern, to complete the family OR pair with the other trivets to expand your collection.
